What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products being handmade we do not have a return policy.

Order Processing:

All orders placed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) before 3PM EST will begin processing that day and ship with in 48 hours, pending item availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 3PM PST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 3PM PST will begin processing the following Monday. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays

Shipping:

My order tracking # isn’t working

Please allow 1-2 days for tracking information to update. Tracking information can be a little delayed from the time the carrier receives the package.

My tracking shows delivered but I haven’t received anything yet.

If the tracking shows delivered, but you haven’t received it within 3 business days of its delivery date, please contact us. We will do the best that we can to help. You can also contact your local USPS post office.

Can I update my address?

If you notice an error in your shipping address please contact us within an hour of your order being placed.

Sale:

What does Sale mean?

All items marked ‘sale’ have been reduced in price and cannot be returned for a refund, credit, or exchanged for a different size, color, or style. If you have any questions about sizing, fit, or fabric, please contact us before placing your order.

My discount code isn't working?

Double check that the code you are entering is correct. Also, please keep in mind that some discount codes are not applicable during sales as prices are already marked down.
